Cabinet Peaks add new manager to hospital staff

Jeremy Canary, RT has recently taken over as manager of the Cabinet Peaks Medical Center’s Cardiopulmonary and Diabetes/Nutrition Departments, which include Respiratory Therapy, Sleep Center, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Diabetes, and Nutrition.

Jeremy has worked in healthcare for 24 years and holds a degree in Respiratory Therapy from San Joaquin Valley College in Visalia, CA, as well as a Certificate in Respiratory Therapy from Thomas Technical College in Thomasville GA.  He also holds certificates in Paramedic Technology and Emergency Medical Technologies.

Before joining the team at Cabinet Peaks, Jeremy worked for Independent Partners, managing homecare ventilation patients and selling new FDA released medical devices.  Prior to that, his work history includes additional experience in clinical sales and education for ventilation and critical care products, as well as teaching and photography.

When asked what upcoming changes or plans he has for his department, Jeremy responded, “We recently completed accreditation with the American Academy of Sleep Medicine for the CPMC Sleep Center and are excited to announce that we are planning for an expansion to 2 beds later this year.”

Jeremy moved to Libby with this wife Jennifer and their daughter Kaitlyn.  He also has an older daughter who is attending college in Georgia.
