Rotarians build bookcases for head start students

Every year the Rotary Club of Kootenai Valley builds  bookcases and fills them with children’s books to distribute to local families in need. They work with the Head Start program to identify families who would benefit from the books and bookcases and give them away at the start of the school year to help promote literacy.
