April 25

9:56 a.m. A caller reported that even though she does not have a Facebook account yet, she saw herself on Facebook from a friend’s account. Officers tried to explain how Facebook works, but it just didn’t click.

1:06 p.m. A male called to report someone impersonating he and his wife on social media. He wanted the hackers to tweet others the way they want to be tweeted.

3:56 p.m. A woman called for information on the legality of taking her neighbor’s cats to the shelter. It was a purr-fectly innocent question. She said the cats frequently tear up her yard and she was feline like purr-haps it would help.

7:49 p.m. An anonymous caller reported gasoline being siphoned from a vehicle. The caller said they may know who could have done it, but they have no proof. It was enough information to fuel curiosity but not much else.

9:14 p.m. A man called concerned about his wife. He said, she said  “something bad is happening at Rosauers.” When police arrived on scene, the woman informed them of someone who had kicked her service animal in the parking lot.

April 26

5:23 a.m. A concerned neighbor called to report seeing someone with a flashlight exiting and entering their neighbor’s shed repeatedly.

8:49 p.m. A woman reported a small dog running towards a California Ave. business.

12:29 p.m. A caller reported an accident that had taken place in the high school parking lot. There was a lot left to the imagination but

5:24 p.m. A frightened woman called about two small wiener dogs chasing the deer in her yard.  Dachshunds, they are the wurst.

9:41 p.m. Both members of a married couple called about a teenage function occurring near their home. The husband and wife were both afraid the teens may be smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol. They were probably not doing homework, they already had too many problems.

April 27

1:21 a.m. A male was doing burn outs in a bar parking lot.

1:28 p.m. A few drivers called to report two kids riding bikes on the highway. They were spotted, and a warning was issued.

2:54 p.m. A woman called concerned about a deer that she had seen with barbed wire caught around it’s belly area.

5:08 p.m. A girl called from her mother’s home asking if an officer would come to the location to ask a man on the porch to leave so she wouldn’t have to.

April 28

1:38 p.m. A woman called saying she had misdialed a friend’s phone number.

2:23 p.m. A man reported someone banging on his back door, possibly trying to enter his home.

5:35 p.m. a malae called to report his neighbor’s child who had kicked a rock through his wife’s car windshield.
