Friday, May 17

1:56 p.m. A male reported over $1,000 being stolen from his walker while his was inside an establishment. The thief walked off undetected.

5:15 p.m. A caller from a local bar called to report a dog running around with an ashtray. It left a bad taste in her mouth but an even worse one in the dog’s mouth.

5:35 p.m. Two parents called to make police aware of their son who they referred to as a “nutso.” If it was not so serious, they would not have called.

10:01 p.m. A rattled caller reported children partying so loudly that the windows of his home rattled.

Saturday, May 18

12:18 p.m. A caller reported a flooding problem at his home. He expressed that a plumber was unavailable so he called the police. Although well meaning, police couldn’t get a handle on it.
