Sunday, June 24
2:34 a.m. A suspicious female was lying on the roadway at 4th and California. She was transported home after the incident was reported, but no one called 911 out of concern for her.
8:23 a.m. A woman did call 911 to report a pit bull running around her yard. The dog that was not a pit bull which was discovered when it was taken to the shelter.
11:54 a.m. Someone called police to report what appeared to be a baggie of drugs near Balsam and Utah. It was retrieved by officers.
7:24 p.m. A woman on Idaho reported that her drunk husband took the fuses to her vehicle and was refusing to let her leave.
Monday, June 25
10:11 p.m. A woman on Commerce Way called 911 to report that her neighbor’s dog just killed a guinea pig in front of children. She said the dog owner is very mean and that someone should speak with him.
Tuesday, June 26
1:49 a.m. Someone on Hwy. 2 reported hitting not one or two, but three elk. The animals limped into the field the caller said.
6:00 a.m. A woman on Northwood reported that her adult stepson keeps stealing things and putting them in her garage.
12:08 p.m. A Libby city employee reported kids in a green pickup truck all messed up, kids were smoking and doing donuts at the cemetery. It was unclear if the pickup, the kids or both were all messed up.
Wednesday, June 27
9:49 a.m. Someone called 911 to report a fawn that had been hit and injured. Oh deer.
4:51 p.m. A woman on City Service Road reported that someone broke into her house while she was gone. They came through the door and left an empty Camel cigarette pack inside. A report was taken but it’s unclear if anything else was.
