Monday, July 24
8:39 a.m. A woman in Libby drove past her property to find the trailer house, shop and carport all missing. Officers reached out to the homeowners and found that nothing had mysteriously disappeared.
9:35 p.m. A man walked into the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office lobby requesting an officer to look at a spider he believed was a brown recluse. Both the spider and the officer wished he’d just looked on the web.
Tuesday, July 25
10:56 a.m. Free range chickens were reported missing from a Libby residence. They’d been gone for a week. If you love them set them free, if they come back it was meant to be. If they don’t someone probably had a good meal.
Wednesday, July 26
12:29 p.m. Someone reported that their dog was stolen out of their front yard in Libby.
Friday, July 28
2:24 p.m. A man on Hwy. 2 reported his landlord for kicking in his door and ruining business equipment. Later he reported the landlord broke in again. He decided to move out.
2:55 p.m. A 911 call was received from Troy after a man tried to speak with a speeding driver, almost got run over, and had to jump on the hood of the vehicle for safety.
3:07 p.m. A loose bull was reported charging people around the area of Champion Haul Rd.

10:51 p.m. Someone reported possible sex trafficking in the Libby area.
