TO:  KHRISTAFER GENTRY-YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition has been filed in the above-entitled Court by the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, Child and Family Services Division (DPHHS) requesting adjudication as a youth in need of care and temporary legal custody. The youth was born on 11/26/2014 in Libby, Montana.  The youth’s mother is Stormy Naylor.  The youth’s father is Khristafer Gentry. You have the right to be represented by an attorney in these proceedings.  If you are unable to afford an attorney, you have the right to ask the Court to appoint an attorney to represent you. Your failure to appear at the hearing constitutes a denial of your interest in the above-named child, which denial may result, without further notice of this proceeding or any subsequent proceeding, in judgment by default being entered for the relief requested in the petition. County Legal/Display Advertising

Sealed bids will be received up to and including 2:00 – 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 27, 2019, for the county legal/display advertising contract for a one (1) year period from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.  This contract shall include all legal/display advertising required by the county.  The minimum qualifications for a newspaper bidding on this contract are:

  1. the newspaper must be published in the County;
  2. b. the newspaper must be of general circulation; andthe newspaper has been published continuously at least once a week in the county for the 12 months preceding the awarding of the contract; andprior to July 1 of each year, has submitted to the clerk and recorder a sworn statement that includes: circulation for the prior 12 months; a statement of net distribution itemization of the circulation that is paid and that is free; andthe method of distribution.

The newspaper that is awarded the contract shall also be required to verify to Lincoln County that:

  1. the legal advertisement was published on the dates ordered by the county and in the style set by the board of county printing; and
  2. b. the price was not in excess of the maximum price set by the board of county printing.

Bidders must furnish a rate for both legal advertising and a rate for display advertising to be considered.

Any advertising that may be required in connection with the holding of county fairs and expositions is exempt from this bid award. Bids should be addressed to the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners, 512 California Avenue, Libby, MT, 59923, and must be plainly marked “BID FOR COUNTY LEGAL/DISPLAY ADVERTISING”._______________

 

LINCOLN COUNTY ROAD OIL

Sealed bids will be received up to and including 2:00 – 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 27, 2019, for the purchase of various types of road oil delivered in truck load lots to storage tanks or road job sites at Libby, Troy, and Eureka, Montana, as required and when required by each road district foreman.  These bids will be for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.  Lincoln County also reserves the right to negotiate price with the successful bidder for any other types of road oil not requested on the bid sheet.

 

All oil shall arrive at the place of delivery at a minimum of 200 degrees Fahrenheit.  At the time of delivery, the truck driver shall take two (2) samples from the delivered product.  The samples shall be labeled with the time and date of delivery, type of product, and the name of the person taking the samples.  They shall then be given to the road foreman.

 

The Board of Lincoln County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Lincoln County Gravel Crushing

Sealed bids for the crushing and stock-piling of gravel sites within the three road districts in Lincoln County as determined by the Board of County Commissioners, will be received up to and including 2:00 – 2:30 p.m on Wednesday, June 27, 2019, at the office of said Board in Libby, Montana.  Bidders may bid for crushing in all three locations or may bid individual locations only.

The work contemplated consists of crushing and stock-piling gravel in each road district over a twelve month period as needed from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.  No minimum amount of crushing is guaranteed. The Libby road district will require that their 3/8” chips be available by September 15, 2018 for the Silver Butte gravel pit.

By submitting a bid, the bidder guarantees that the equipment necessary to fulfill the terms of this contract is immediately available to begin work at the discretion of the Board of Commissioners. No taxes assessed against the equipment shall be delinquent.

Each bid must be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners of Lincoln County, 512 California Ave., Libby, MT, 59923.  All bids must be plainly marked “BID FOR CRUSHING AND STOCKPILING GRAVEL”.

The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities as may be deemed necessary in the interest of Lincoln County._________

 

Lincoln County Gas and Diesel

 

Lincoln County will receive sealed bids up to and including 2:00 – 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 27, 2019, for unspecified amounts of gasoline and diesel fuel as needed, for the period commencing July 1, 2018, and ending June 30, 2019. The delivery locations and types of fuel required are as follows:

Libby Shop: No. 1 and No. 2 Diesel Fuel Regular Unleaded Gasoline to be at the vendor site through a keylock or similar protected automated system with 24-hour access.

Troy Shop: Regular Unleaded Gasoline No. 1 and No. 2 Diesel Fuel

Eureka Shop: Regular Unleaded Gasoline No. 1 and No. 2 Diesel Fuel to be delivered or available at the vendor site through a keylock or similar protected automated system with 24-hour access_____________

 

Bids will be accepted for gasoline and diesel fuel together, or each may be bid separately.  Bids will also be accepted separately for Libby, Troy and Eureka. Past performance and ability to accurately verify delivery amounts will be two of the criteria used in the bid award.

All bids must be submitted on a bid form available from the office of the County Commissioners. All bids for fuel shall be based on OPIS price plus vendor markup. By submitting a bid the vendor guarantees that the markup will not change during the term of the contract. During the term of the contract, Lincoln County will randomly verify vendor markup. Any invoice for which verification cannot be achieved will not be paid until corrected.

PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF PENDING ATTACHMENT OF A TAX LIEN

MCA 15-17-122

On Wednesday, August 1, 2018, the Lincoln County Treasurer will attach a property tax lien to property on which the 2017 taxes are delinquent.  The delinquent taxes, including penalties, interest and costs are a lien upon the property and that unless delinquent taxes, penalties, interest, and costs are paid prior to August 1, 2018 a tax lien will be attached and may be assigned to a third party.

A complete delinquent list of all persons and property in the county now owing taxes, including all city and town property that is delinquent is on file in the office of the Lincoln County Treasurer and is open to public inspection and examination.
