Recipe of the Week

Garlic foil chicken packet


2 chicken breasts, chopped

2 potatoes, peeled and cubed

2 carrots, sliced

4 tablespoons softened butter

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon minced garlic

Salt and pepper



  1. Preheat oven to 425 and cut two pieces of aluminum foil out that are 12″x12″.


  1. Place aluminum foil pieces on top of each other and then top them with the potatoes, carrots, and chicken.  Add in the garlic, italian seasoning, and softened butter.


  1. Close up the foil packet and place in the oven to cook for about 38-42 minutes or until everything is cooked through.


*Foil packets make great for dinner when camping or having a friend gathering that may involve a safe fire.


*One foil packet is equal to two servings.

Montana Gas Price Update

As of September 23, gasoline prices in Montana  have not changed in the past week, averaging $2.72 a gallon according to Prices are 3.1 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and are 24.1 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.

The national average has risen 8.5 cent per gallon during the last week and stands 17.4 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
