The Fourth Annual Kootenai Harvest Festival is seeking vendors for this year’s fair taking place on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Riverfront Park in Libby, MT. Vendors selling locally made or locally grown products, and local non-profit groups looking for a community outreach opportunity are encouraged to apply. Vendors may keep all of their profits from sales at the festival, but must pay a $20 flat booth fee for sales booths or $10 flat fee for non profit booths. Vendors are required to bring their own booth materials including a pop-up canopy, table, chairs, and other supplies. The Kootenai Harvest Festival will be open to the public on Saturday September 15 from noon – 7:30 pm at Riverfront Park in Libby, MT.
The Kootenai Harvest Festival is a once-a-year, farmer’s market-style community event featuring local vendors, live music, and fun activities for the whole family. Now in its fourth year, the Harvest Festival is gaining popularity; last year the Kootenai Harvest Festival welcomed over 700 event attendees and were named one of the top Fall Festivals in Montana. The Kootenai Harvest Festival is a non-profit fundraiser for the Libby Community Garden.
Vendors must sign up beforehand by submitting a vendor application and booth payment by September 1, 2018. Find a vendor application and more information online at wildmontana.org/harvestfest. For more information, contact Grete Gansauer at firstname.lastname@example.org or 303-726-3931.
