Lincoln County SnoKats annual fun run One

One hundred plus riders showed up to participate in
the Lincoln County SnoKat Club’s annual fun run event.
The family-friendly event was held on Friday and Saturday,
Feb. 2 and 3.

On Friday evening, a preregistration event was held
at the Switchback from 6 until 9 p.m. The night included
dinner, drinks, raffle tickets and prizes.

On Saturday, Feb. 3 the ride itself was a loop starting
at 17 Mile and going to the Big Creek Baldy warming hut.

The event included a poker run with five stops for
cards. Following the ride, attendees were invited to the
Libby VFW for dinner catered by Cabinet Mountain
Catering.

According to their website the SnoKat club aims to develop  and improve snowmobiling
opportunities in the Lincoln County area
which currently has more than 150 miles of snowmobile
trials.
