April 19

8:48 a.m. A woman called to report something falling from her chimney into her heater stove. It was not Christmas in April so she thought someone ought to make sure it wasn’t coming down with anything; like the flue.

10:00 p.m. someone called to report a vehicle running by the side of a building. They didn’t report whether or not the owner was running after it.

April 20

5:59 a.m. A woman went to the lobby of the police station to report the kidnapping of her son. She wanted reassurance that she would not be arrested for it.

5:36 p.m. A man showed up in person to report an open grave at the cemetery. It was not an apparition but the lead was a dead end.

 

April 21

10:43 a.m. A caller reported seeing a man throwing a rope over a bridge. This act was concerning but the man reported he was merely magnet fishing. It’s a ferrous-umption that he was treasure hunting.

4:37 p.m. A woman called to report her sister’s house being broken into. The people who broke in reportedly left not only their break-in tools but also a note addressed to her sister.

April 22

2:20 p.m. A man called to report his neighbors backyard fire. He was all fired up because hot embers flying into his yard but his  neighbor felt unfairly under fire.

5:48 a.m. A caller reported an old grey Chevy truck racing down the road. They reported trying to follow the truck, but had to stop at a red light. Officers remind the public never to chase speeding cars, if you get out in front of them you’ll be tired and if you fall behind you’ll be exhausted.

April 23

7:06 a.m. A male called to report finding a car set ablaze in a field. Officers had a lot of burning questions.

10:32 a.m. A caller reported having his front license plate stolen from his car.

12:43 p.m. a caller reported a strange backpack in the woods and was concerned that it may be full of drugs.

2:46 p.m. A woman called to report her dog having been stolen by her neighbor. Her husband then called not long after to inform the police that the situation had turned to a physical altercation. They were dog gone mad and the neighbor wasn’t about to just roll over. Officers now have both parties on a short leash.

 

April 24

4:30 p.m. Police received a call about a yellow and brown tabby cat attacking every passersby.

9:05 p.m. Someone called to report a random hole had been dug in the alleyway behind his residence.
