Roselynn Bailey was born on April 26, 2019 at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center in Libby, Mont. She weighed eight pounds and was 21 inches long at the time of her birth. Her parents are Quinten and Shelby Bailey, of Libby. She was Delivered by Dr. Felicia Lucas.
