Joan C. Schmidt, 75, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center in Libby. She was born on Sept. 2, 1943 at Bismarck, N.D. to George and Violet House.
Joan graduated from high school and worked for Heath Tecna, Inc. and Aerotek.
Survivors include her children Cynthia Haines, Libby; Kenneth Schmidt, Jr., Libby; Melissa Williams, Auburn, Wash.; Curt, Terry, Janice, Collen, Wash.; a sister Doris Gillis, Idaho; a brother Art House, Cle Elum, Wash.; five grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
