Montana Gas Price Update
As of Monday, November 22 —
Montana gas prices have fallen 1.5 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.38/g today, according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 615 stations in Montana. Gas prices in Montana are 1.6 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand $1.15/g higher than a year ago.

Recipe of the Week – Green Beans in Parmesan Sauce
Ingredients:
5 oz. bacon, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb. green beans, trimmed
1/2 C. chicken or vegetable stock
1 C. heavy cream
1/2 C. parmesan, grated
black pepper
Directions:
1.) Cook bacon for 2-3 min. on high until golden.
2.) Discard excess bacon fat, leaving behind 1 1/2 TBSP.
3.) Add garlic and stir for 10-15 seconds.
4.) Add green beans and stir to coat.
5.) Add chicken stock, stir, bring to a simmer, then cover with lid. Cook 3 min. stirring frequently, until beans are tender-crisp.
6.) Add cream, parmesan, and pepper. Stir, bring to simmer, then lower heat to medium low and simmer for 2 min.
7.) Transfer to serving bowl, top with cooked bacon and extra parmesan.
