11:16 a.m. Officers issued a citation following report of a homeless male who site on the bench by the road, drinks beer, and urinates in front of the trees.

 

3:18 p.m. Someone reported a city worker for mowing the grass at Riverfront Park during stage II fire restrictions.

 

4:34 p.m.  A woman on Northwood called 911 to request an officer because there were people there before trying to drive her nuts.
