7:51 a.m. A young woman reported someone threatening her over Instagram. Cyber-bullying is dangerous and meme-spirited. Officers are not a post to investigating it either so GIF yourself a break if you are feeling harassed, and report it. March 31

 

9:25 a.m. a woman called to advise that she will no longer deal with her neighbors chickens in her yard. If any thing suspicious happens later, they’ll know who to investigate for fowl play.

 

7:39 p.m. Dispatch received a call and heard nothing but video game beeping in the background. Officers assumed everything was okay; Maybe the player died but they probably had three more lives left.

 

April 2

 

4:41 p.m. A male called to report having lost his toolbox near Swamp Creek but he wasn’t sure if he’d nailed the location and couldn’t hammer out details.  Please call Lincoln County Sheriff’s office if you saw it.

 

April 3

 

11:57 a.m. A caller reported stray dogs chasing horses on their property. The dogs were barking so much they started to sound a little horse but the mane problem was no one would giddyup and rein them in.

 

 

April 4

 

1:36 p.m. a male called to report finding a drug apparatus as well as a new dent in the roof of his car. Dispatch could THC the problem but they didn’t have high expectations for a joint resolution.

 

11:51 p.m. A single car was in a wreck and the vehicle’s single occupant had injured one hand but was able to walk to a nearby residence for help. Luckily the resident was able to lend a hand and a phone.
