Estella Ryn Phillips was born on April 22, 2019 at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center in Libby, Mont. She weighed six pounds, 12 ounces, and was 19½ inches long at the time of her birth. Her parents are Tyson Madden and Nickolle Phillips, of Libby. She was delivered by Dr. Jana Hall.
