Libby Logger Golf Puts for 2021-22 Season

The Libby High School 2021-22 Golf Team convened at Cabinet View Golf Course this past Friday, August 13, for their first swing on the putting green this season.

“Remember to be patient with yourself,” head coach, Dan Rohrer. Going on to remind the young athletes that there are goals on the course which they are going to need to hit before competing on official ground this coming season.

“He’s right. We can only share so much direction with you,” said CVGC Golf Pro, Jeff Dooley, who often lends advice and support to the Logger team. “It’s up to you to put yourself into it and strive to improve your game. And that isn’t going to happen by just coming to practice. It will take commitment and time on the course outside of your time with the team.”

Returning student athletes will have their first chance to navigate a course this Wednesday,
August 18 in Columbia Falls.
