Yaak Valley Forest Council led a hike into the Roderick Roadless Area located in the Yaak Valley. The route was a moderately strenuous nine miles starting from the Sheepherder trail. Hikers experienced expansive views of the valley and surrounding mountains as well as the wild and scenic mountain ridges.
