Friday, August 16

1:37 p.m. A caller reported an elderly couple driving towards Troy at a very slow rate of speed leaving plenty of time to discuss the issue.

5:00 p.m. Officers were advised of a bar fight in progress.. between man and dog.

Saturday, August 17

5:16 p.m. A resident called to report that  someone stole her front screen door. She was not feeling very open to idea of buying a new one.

Sunday, August 18

3:30 p.m. A local couple was reported for  keeping a squirrel as a pet. It was driving the neighborhood nuts.

Monday, August 19

1:02 a.m. a panicked man called to report that  he was in danger and in  need of an officer’s assistance. Upon arriving at the scene, officers were alerted to dead flies in the man’s beverage. He said they were placed there by his landlord to poison him.

Friday, August 23

10:50 p.m. A woman went to the police to report being in possession of a wounded owl but they didn’t give a hoot.
