Sheriff’s complaints

Monday, May 11, 1991—

A woman complained that for three weeks people have been riding their horses on granite creek road, causing a hazard. Today she was hauling a load
of “fertilizer,” driving slowly, when she rounded the corner
and there they were again in
the middle of the road. When she swing around to avoid them, the man shouted, “Slow that damn thing down!” the caller said she would like an officer to speak to them and have them ride on the shoulder, not on the pavement. Also, she doesn’t appreciate
being cussed at.
