Montana Gas Price Update

Montana gas prices have fallen by 3.7 cents in the past week, averaging $3.89/g today, according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 615 stations in Montana. Gas prices in Montana are 4.8 cents lower than a month ago and stand $0.49/g higher than a year ago.

Recipe of the Week – Asian Meatball Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 C. panko
7 TSP. garlic and herb cooking concentrate
1 1/2 TBSP. lime juice
1 TBSP. olive oil
1/2 TSP. sugar
1 1/2 C. coleslaw mix
1/4 C. sliced green onion
1/4 C. mayonnaise
2 TSP. sriracha
4 leaves romain

Directions:
1.) Mix beef, egg, panko, 6 TSP. concentrate in large bowl. Season with pepper. Shape mixture into 12 meatballs. Heat skillet over med. high heat. Add meatballs for 10 min. brown all sides.
2.) Stir lime juice, oil, sugar, and 1 TSP. concentrate in med. Bowl. Add coleslaw mix and green onions. Toss to coat.
3.) Stir mayonnaise and sriracha in small bowl. Arrange 3 meatballs in each lettuce leaf. Top with coleslaw mix and mayonnaise mix.
