Montana Gas Price Update

As of Monday, November 28th—

Montana gas prices have fallen by 10.7 cents in the past week, averaging $3.53/g today, according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 615 stations in Montana. Gas prices in Montana are 38.1 cents lower than a month ago and stand $0.14/g higher than a year ago.

Recipe of the Week  – Country Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of celery soup
1 can (10.5 oz.) chicken gravy
1 C. milk
5 med. potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 1/2 C. diced cooked ham
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
1.) Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Stir soup, gravy, milk in small bowl. Layer half the potatoes, onion, ham, soup mixture in 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Season salt and pepper. Repeat layers. Cover dish.
2.) Bake, covered, 40 minutes. Uncover, bake for another 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 more minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
