As of May 28, gasoline prices in Montana have risen 2.8 cents in the past week, averaging $2.91 a gallon according to GasBuddy.com. Prices are 8.5 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and are 0.9 cents per gallon higher than a year ago.
The national average has fallen 2.4 cents per gallon during the last week and stands 14.1 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
