As of July 8, gasoline prices in Montana have fallen 0.3 cents in the past week, averaging $2.80 a gallon according to GasBuddy.com. Prices are 9.2 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and are 14.5 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
The national average has risen 2.3 cents per gallon during the last week and stands 10.9 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
