As of August 26, gasoline prices in Montana have fallen 2.3 cent in the past week, averaging $2.74 a gallon according to GasBuddy.com. Prices are 6.5 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and are 19.1 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
The national average has fallen 2.1 cents per gallon during the last week and stands 25.0 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
