Author John Fraley presented a PowerPoint show and discussion of his newest book, “Rangers, Trappers, and Trailblazers – Early Adventures In Montana’s Bob Marshall Wilderness and Glacier National Park,” on Monday, May 6 to the Society of American Foresters and members of the public at the Venture Inn.
Fraley is a retired wildlife biologist and information officer for Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks. His other books include: “Uncommonly Normal”; “A Woman’s Way West: In and Around Glacier National Park”; and “Wild River Pioneers.”
John’s latest work is available from Far Country Press for 14.95, and can be picked up at the Mountain Meadows Shop on Highway 2 in Libby.
