On Saturday, March 3, the Libby Tree Board met with members and representatives in the area to plan new plantings and a late winter pruning day. Tree Board members greeted Lincoln County Commissioner Mark Peck, Mayor Brent Teske, and Joe Johnston representing the local veterans early that beautiful morning to organize new tree plantings around the Veteran’s Memorial in Riverfront Park. The Libby Tree Board members are currently April Rainey, Russ Gautreaux, Gary Huntsberger, Brian Baxter, Dorothy McBride, and Colleen Volkerts.
