Construction starts at CARD
Construction started on the CARD Clinic’s new parking lot on Tuesday, Sept. 24. It will be completed by Oct. 31 and will provide handicapped parking spaces, more spaces, and a level surface for easier access to the clinic. Photo by Tracy McNew
