Montana’s Lieutenant Governor Mike Cooney and his wife DeeAnn were in Libby last weekend to participate in STOKR. This was DeeAnn’s second year participating in the fundraiser. The couple travelled from Missoula where the Lieutenant Governor was responding to severe floods.
